We’ve got all it takes to launch, develop and secure digital products

Full-cycle software development and information security: analytics, interface design, server development, web services and mobile applications — plus security analysis, penetration testing, source code analysis and reverse engineering. We can take over at any stage of product development.

One team for the entire product lifecycle

We provide a full range of software product development: analytics, interface design, server development, web services and mobile applications for iOS and Android.

We’re able to take over at any stage of product development and, if needed, allocate an experienced product development team comprised of talented programmers, designers, business analysts and quality assurance experts.

In our business approach we prefer long-term partnerships during which we become a part of the client’s team and treat the products as our own. We use resources efficiently and strive to bring new versions of our products to the market quickly and regularly.

We use both classic waterfall and Time & Material approaches — whichever fits your task and pace of work.

Technology in the service of people

We create intuitive digital environments. Our mission is to make the interaction between people and technology as natural and comfortable as possible. We believe technology should expand people’s capabilities while remaining invisible.

01

Secure communications — security without compromise

Messengers Video conferencing Conference calling

We design systems where privacy is a fundamental part of the architecture. Data is protected, the system handles load and stays stable, and people simply do their work — without extra actions or configuration:

  • Modern encryption protects your information from prying eyes
  • Data stays confidential even under potential external threats
  • The system scales easily and keeps stable performance as load grows
Our principle

Protection should work by default and never get in the way of life or work.

02

Corporate systems — simplicity over bureaucracy

CRM Authentication systems License servers Reporting Website interfaces Logistics applications

We design systems that make business processes transparent, understandable and manageable. Our goal is to free users from routine and keep only what is truly needed for the work:

  • Processes that don’t matter to the user move to the background
  • The interface adapts to specific tasks and devices
  • Key actions take just a few touches, even outside the office
Our principle

Technology should simplify work and deliver results, not create extra burden. We design processes so people can focus on their tasks, not on the system.

03

Interface design — when form serves function

Browser & mobile apps Websites & portals

We believe good design is not just pretty pictures — it’s a tool that makes life simpler. Our goal is to create interfaces that:

  • Speak the user’s language: terms and icons are intuitive and need no explanation
  • Are predictable: key functions are where the user expects to find them
  • Reduce the number of actions: every task takes a minimal number of steps
  • Deliver positive emotions: even a routine task becomes a pleasant experience thanks to thoughtful animation and a harmonious color palette
Our principle

Design should not draw attention to itself — it should help the user reach their goals. When a person stops noticing the interface and simply solves their tasks, we consider that the highest reward.

04

Custom AI solutions — technology that understands you

Chatbots Agents & assistants Pattern recognition

We develop solutions that adapt to individual user characteristics and are deployed in the client’s infrastructure. Instead of template recommendations — clear, meaningful interaction:

  • The interface adapts to the user’s role and habits
  • Algorithms analyze preferences and suggest relevant options
  • Interaction is built on clear logic and familiar scenarios
Our principle

Artificial intelligence is an assistant that amplifies human perception. Technology should speak to the user in their language and never complicate the interaction.

Security services

We build products with strong protection — at the architecture and code level. We model attacks, look for vulnerabilities, and check how systems behave under load, so your data stays safe.

I

Security analysis

We test your system for strength — from the outside and from within. We show real vulnerabilities and how to close them.

When you need it

  • You don’t know where the vulnerabilities in your system are
  • You fear someone may have already broken into your network
  • You need a check before an audit, investment round or deal
  • You suspect a data leak or illegitimate connections
  • You’ve built a product but aren’t sure it’s secure
  • Information security is handled by a freelancer or a part-time IT employee

What we check

  • External perimeter — servers, services, VPN, APIs
  • Internal network — workstations, segments, protocols
  • Wi-Fi — access points, protection against spoofing and attacks
  • Web applications — vulnerability scan
  • Network connections — suspicious connections
  • Individual software products and components

Work stages

  1. 01Consultation & preparation. We clarify goals, success criteria and agree on the scope of work.
  2. 02Information gathering. We review documentation, perform reconnaissance and agree on the access level.
  3. 03Security analysis. We work from the outside and inside, model real attacks and find vulnerabilities.
  4. 04Report & recommendations. A detailed report, priority explanations and help with remediation.
  5. 05Retest (optional). We verify that everything has been closed.
II

Penetration testing

We simulate attacks — external, internal, with and without phishing. We break into systems the way real attackers do, find weak spots and build a clear plan to strengthen your protection.

Black-box

No access or knowledge of the system — we act like a random outside attacker.

Gray-box

With user access — a higher chance of revealing real, exploitable vulnerabilities.

White-box

With access to code, architecture and admin rights — maximum coverage.

When you need it

  • You’re preparing for an audit, certification, deal or market launch
  • You want to know how realistically you could be hacked
  • You doubt the resilience of your internal network
  • You’re unsure about employee behavior: phishing clicks, USB drives
  • You’re rolling out new software or a system and want to test its strength
  • You’ve had an analysis done before and need to confirm everything is closed

What we test

  • External resources — attack from the internet, as an outside attacker
  • Internal systems — attack from within the company
  • Social engineering — fake emails, USB drives, phone calls
  • Retest — we make sure the vulnerabilities are really closed

Work stages

  1. 01Brief. We clarify goals, success criteria and agree on the scope and scenarios.
  2. 02Access & reconnaissance. We obtain required rights, analyze documentation and infrastructure.
  3. 03Attack execution. We run the pentest per chosen scenarios — manually and automated.
  4. 04Report & recommendations. We document vulnerabilities, show attack vectors and explain how to eliminate them.
  5. 05Retest (if needed). We verify the fixes and issue confirmation.
III

Source code analysis

We find vulnerabilities in code before release. We check every line — so a bug doesn’t become a vulnerability and the code doesn’t fail in production. We use automated scanners, but humans decide: we read, analyze and verify manually.

When you need it

  • The code has grown and nobody knows where to look for vulnerabilities
  • You want to pass an audit or meet a standard (PCI DSS and others)
  • Incidents have already happened, but the cause hasn’t been found
  • You need to make sure a third-party contractor built the product properly
  • You need to modify code but are afraid of breaking it
  • You need to check for backdoors
  • You’re launching a new product — it must not fall over on day one

Types of work

  • Express analysis — quick scan and targeted manual checks
  • Full analysis — automated tools plus manual verification of all vulnerabilities
  • Subscription — regular checks of changes with iterative analysis
  • Retest — we make sure everything has been fixed
  • Remediation assistance — concrete recommendations on how to fix issues

Work stages

  1. 01Source & specs request. We collect inputs: what the system does, what it’s written in, which modules are critical.
  2. 02Codebase analysis. Automated and manual checks; we find bugs, unsafe patterns and vulnerabilities that slipped through development.
  3. 03Report. Vulnerabilities with explanations — where, why and how to eliminate; recommendations on style, architecture and data handling.
  4. 04Recheck (on request). After your fixes we re-verify critical parts to confirm everything is resolved.
IV

Reverse engineering

We analyze any software or device when there’s no documentation or source code. We investigate how it works, check for vulnerabilities and undeclared features, reconstruct the architecture, find component alternatives and extend functionality. We help you understand and restore full operation.

When you need it

  • Access to the source code has been lost
  • The developer left and the documentation exists only in their head
  • You need to extend a device or software but lack the required information
  • You need to verify the security of a black box
  • You want to build a compatible solution but access is limited
  • You need to make sure the system contains no backdoors, vulnerabilities or threats

What we do

  • Preliminary expertise — we examine the device
  • Software & firmware reverse engineering — we restore the code and determine the architecture
  • Alternative development — we build your own version of the software
  • Adding features — we extend capabilities without the source code
  • Fixing bugs & vulnerabilities — we resolve problems even when the code was closed

Work stages

  1. 01Define the task. We figure out exactly what needs to be restored: the device, firmware, part of the logic or the interfaces.
  2. 02Examine the device. We check whether we can access the board, firmware, memory and peripherals.
  3. 03Investigate software & firmware. We perform the reverse: restore logic, structure and blocks.
  4. 04Prototype or report. We compile the data into a clear report or MVP so the system can be adapted and developed further.
  5. 05Continued development (if needed). We create alternative software, add required features and fix bugs — even when the original code is closed.

How we work

We don’t just develop software — we design digital environments that are comfortable to work in. Complex processes are hidden behind simple actions, and security is built into the architecture. Our main question when creating any product is: “How will this technology amplify human capability — while staying invisible?” This is what allows us to create solutions that market leaders choose.

Time savings

Automating routine tasks frees resources for creativity.

Stress reduction

Intuitive interfaces help avoid mistakes and unnecessary actions.

Enhanced control

The user sees the essence and controls the result without diving into technical details.

New capabilities

Technology becomes a natural extension of human capabilities.

After release — we don’t disappear

01

Idea

The starting point. We understand the task, dive into the essence and formulate the problem in engineering language. We analyze possible solutions and test hypotheses to confirm they are viable.

02
